About Us

Welcome to Exercise in Disguise. Where fitness is fun!

My name is Jade Rivera-McFarlin and I am the President and primary fitness instructor here at Exercise in Disguise.

For as long as I can remember music has been a part of my life. From dancing at family gatherings, to learning Salsa & Merengue by standing on my fathers feet. Today as an adult I've reconnected with music through ZUMBA!!! After cheerleading and choreographing routines in both high school and college, I've developed an extensive background in numerous international rhythms including; Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Bachata, Cumbia, Hip Hop, Reggae Dancehall, Belly Dancing, Samba, Tango, and Flamenco...

Dance fitness helped me shed 60lbs after struggling with a thyroid problem. Now I live life to help others meet their fitness goals.

You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.
